We want our customers to feel happy, satisfied and confident with every purchase. For that reason, we accept exchanges on any defective products within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must be exchanged in their original packaging & selling condition. We will not accept exchanges on any products that are damaged or defective as a result of failure to adhere to reasonable Product Care practices. For online purchases that arrive damaged or defective, please send a photo of the damaged or defective item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
