How do I properly care for my jewelry?

With proper care, you can preserve the beauty of your Ruby in the Skies jewelry for years to come. Follow these tips to keep your 14k Gold over Sterling, 18k Gold over Stainless, Sterling Silver and Stainless Steel pieces looking as good as new:

Protect your products from activities that could expose them to harsh environments, including: salty air, chlorine, sulfur, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleach and other strong chemicals.

Clean your products with the soft, dry polishing cloth we provide with every jewelry purchase.

Once cleaned, store your products in the Ruby in the Skies storage bag provided with your purchase, one of our tarnish-proof storage cases or another safe, dry place.

How can I figure out my ring size?

Please see these instructions and the chart as a guideline for finding your perfect ring size. We use standard US ring sizes.

A simple way to measure your ring finger size is as follows:

  1. Cut a slim piece of paper and wrap it around your chosen finger.
  2. Mark the point where the paper meets with a pen.
  3. Measure the paper on the mm size of a ruler.

This will serve as an approximation for your ring size.

Please leave room for your finger to comfortably move.

Can I create an account without subscribing to emails?

Yes. If you do not wish to subscribe to our emails you are not obligated. Our emails have new and featured products, flash sales and other exciting news. You can subscribe at any time or opt-out.

May I check out as a Guest or do I have to create an account?

The advantage of creating an account with us is that this information is stored and ready to use with check out sessions which makes the shopping experience easier and faster. The information is held privately within our encrypted system. If you do not want to create an account and stay on file you may check out as guest.

What forms of payment are accepted?

All major credit cards and Paypal can all be used as a form of payment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship by DHL worldwide.

How will I know the status of my order once it has been placed?

Once your payment has been successfully processed you will receive notification your package has shipped. Once it is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number inside. You can use this number to track your purchase until it arrives at your chosen destination. We encourage you to check it often for status updates.

Does my package include shipping insurance?

Your package does not include shipping insurance unless your purchase is over $500. If your purchase is over $500, you may also opt-out of delivery signature tracking. Please be aware that opting out of signature tracking is at your own risk. You must indicate your shipping preference at the time of purchase before the package is sent out.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Ruby in the Skies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not reimburse for lost or stolen items or packages. If you feel this is an issue, please designate a safe delivery address and have someone intake the packages on your behalf.
